FAQ
Our candles are hand-poured using 100% soy wax, which burns cleaner and longer than paraffin.
Burn time varies by candle size, typically between 30 and 45 hours. Check the product page for the exact range.
Trim the wick to 5mm before each burn, and let the wax pool reach the edges on the first burn to prevent tunnelling.
See our Shipping & Delivery policy page for full details on timelines and charges.
